Theoretically an interesting multicart judging by the label, but the PCB inside was that of Jumbo 32 in 1. Presumably a mixup by someone somewhere, since the PCB is from 1994 and the label must be from late-2000 or later if Pokemon Crystal is on it.
The publisher here seems to be the same company behind the "GEMA YOB COLOR" pirate GBC carts that crop up in Taiwan sometimes.
Looks like it would have been an interesting collection of GBC games plus hacks, but oh well...
